Two double rooms in sunny Highbury

Hello! After 3 years I’m sadly moving out of my cozy highbury room to head back to Australia. My flatmate is also leaving to move in with her partner, so we have 2 rooms available in May and July!

There are 4 bedrooms in the flat and you’ll be living with two great girls in their mid-late 20s from NZ and UK. The girls enjoy hanging out and doing movie nights or pub trips, but are respectful of each other's space and also appreciate their own chill time. In regards to keeping the flat clean, we have a rosta that rotates between us each week to keep the place feeling nice and homey. It’s amazing location-wise, with Arsenal station just a 7 minute walk away, Clissold Park 10 and Highbury & Islington and Finsbury Park stations 15 minutes away.

Rooms:
Both rooms are spacious and bright and overlook a communal garden (private to the building). They both come with a wardrobe, chest of drawers, blackout blinds, a mirror, and desk with a chair, so there’s plenty of room to WFH! Room 1 is bigger.

The broader flat is also fully furnished and has a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, separate toilet, balcony and a large living room.

Move in dates:
Room 1 - 9th May (can be flexible)
Room 2 - 6th July

Monthly costs:
Rent: Room 1 - £841, Room 2 - £808 (includes water and heating for both)
Broadband: £6
Council Tax band D: around £45

The contract renews every September.

Deposit to secure the room:
Room 1: £700 + difference in rate from date of move in (TBC based on date)
Room 2: £730 + difference in rate from date of move in (£269)

We are renting the rooms separately, but if you have a friend you want to rent with and are interested in both rooms please let us know.
