Room in 3 bed flat next to Clissold Park

A room in our 3 bed flat in Highbury has become available as our flatmate sadly had to move out. We are ideally looking for someone who is keen to contribute to a homely, relaxed and social flatshare. My flatmate is doing his post grad at I and I'm working at an architecture office. I enjoy cooking, tennis and always keen for a hike. The flat looks out over Clissold Park and is a short walk from cafés and shops on Stoke Newington Church Street. Deposit is 5 weeks' rent.
