I'm moving out of London for work and am therefore looking for someone to replace me in our brilliant shared Highbury house.

The house is situated on a quiet road in an amazing part of Highbury with lots of great pubs, restaurants and shops nearby. Walking distance to Arsenal, Highbury & Islington, Drayton Park and Finsbury Park stations.

The room is a very large double with loads of natural light. Plenty of storage in the room (two double built in wardrobes) and space for a desk if you WFH.

Housemates:

You will be living with 3 great housemates; Charline, Sarah and Cas. All three are professionals who have lived in the house for a few years. Everyone is quite independent and have our own lives, but are super friendly, respectful, clean and tidy.

- Great parks nearby, 5 - 10 mins walk to both Highbury fields and Clissold Park

- 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (bath and separate walk-in shower), 1 separate toilet downstairs, utility room with washer dryer, kitchen, separate living room, rear garden/ patio with picnic table
- Gas hobs, fridge / freezer, dishwasher

- Bills not included - approx £110/month

Lease / Availability:

- Available mid/ late June.
- Rent is currently £1,088 for the room and will be going up £27 in August to £1,115 when we renew the contract.
