Large double room in beautiful Highbury

Hi there! We have a gorgeous, spacious and light double room available in N5 just a stone's throw from Highbury Fields.

About the room:
The room sits on the second floor and comes furnished with a King size bed (incl mattress) three built in wardrobes (literally the dream!) and two chest of drawers.

The house:
We're on a quiet residential street just back from Highbury Barn, where you'll find fab coffee, grocery stores, a pharmacy, restaurants... basically, you won't have to go too far to get whatever you need.

The house itself is split over the top two floors of a gorgeous end of terrace. We have two bathrooms, a big shared living room and a kitchen with breakfast bar. Plus a dishwasher!

Bills are shared between the three of us and usually come to about £140 per month, each.

About us:
I'm sad to be leaving this place as its been a wonderful home for me for the past year and a half. I'm off to live with my boyfriend, otherwise, I'd be staying! You'll be sharing with two lovely easy going professional Kiwi girlies in their late twenties. They're looking for the usual: friendly, tidy and sociable flatmate.

Details:

The lease is due to expire on the 25th October. The girls in the flat are hoping to extend but our landlord isn't 100% sure if he'll be selling - so hence the short term let... hopefully there'll be opportunity to extend!
