Room includes white linen duvet and bed sheets which are weekly washed by cleaner, together with the flat. Flat is inclusive of all (reasonable) bills - gas, electricity, water and council tax.

Flat has original wooden flooring, double-glazing, Jacuzzi and vertical blinds and all mod cons.

Flat is 2 minutes to Arsenal tube with good links on the Piccadilly line to the West End (12 minutes) and 10 minutes to Drayton Park with excellent connections to the CIty (15 minutes). Highbury and Islington is 20 minutes walk and Finsbury Park is 15 minutes walk.

Flat is shared with one other person, who is a solicitor, vegan and gay. Would prefer vegan if possible but fine if you are not too. Speaks at vegan events, loves cooking. and is learning cinematography. It's a quiet household which is great for a good kip at night and the neighbourhood is one of the safest and quietest for somewhere this close to both thr City and the West End.
