We have a stunning, huge double room in our cute flat for an absolute steal of 717.50/month!
The flat is just off Highbury Fields and is a 4 min walk to Highbury & Islington. It’s a really vibrant area, and you’d be living with four creative, friendly flatmates. Three of us have been here for over three years, and you can see why - it’s a really fab place to live.
The room is great for wfh and relaxing, there’s loads of storage and a gorgeous bay window. I’ve had it arranged in various ways over the years so you can be pretty flexible with it! There is a shared living room/kitchen and two bathrooms total.
The household tends to be pretty sociable, but without being in each other’s pockets. The ideal new roomie would be respectful, friendly, and enjoy the occasional bbq!
The room is available from July 23rd, with latest possible move in date August 10th. The contract is rolling, and the tenancy is through a property management agency.
Viewings tentatively planned for July 16th.
The deposit is £850, bills usually come to around £120 each month.
