This is the second room in my flat and has very flexible dates or part-time - let me know what you are looking for. I’m traveling quite a bit so you’d potentially have the place to yourself.

Flexible timing, *please specify the dates you’d like*, rent can be prorated to weekly or to include bills if you'd like (Bills split 50/50, ~120 each).
No deposit, but depending on length, either upfront or a portion of the end of rent (ie last weeks, etc.)
