Room to rent in Highbury

Hi, we're Aisling and Brian, two Irish journalists in our late 20s/early 30s looking for a new flatmate to join us in our three bed in Highbury.

The flat is a 10 minute walk from both the Highbury and Islington station on the Victoria line and the Canonbury stop on the Overground. While the apartment is small, it gets great light and looks out on to a communal garden. The room on offer is the smallest room in the house (hence the lower rent) but it looks out on the garden and comes furnished with a bed, shelves and wardrobe.

Plenty of amenities nearby including gyms, various supermarkets and shops while Clissold Park and Highbury Fields are just a short stroll away.

About us - we're queer-friendly, like to cook, travel, read (among many other things), partial to a drink but don't bring the party back.

Bills are roughly £100 extra.
