My wife and I let our spare rooms in our 3 bed Victorian end of terrace house (council tax band G) to provide income towards general household expenses and also our travelling. The house has both back and front gardens, with trees at the front. It is 5 minutes walk from Clissold Park and 10 minutes walk from Finsbury Park.
We enjoy the company and friendship with lodgers. I am involved in politics locally as a member of the Labour Party for some years so we are looking for a lodger with similar interests who is either on the centre or left politically.
I have had cats for many years and will be getting a new cat in the near future, so liking cats is important in a new house mate.
