Cute small double in flat minutes from Clissold

We’re looking for a woman in her 20s to take over one of the rooms in our ground-floor flat! It’s a cute small double bedroom in Highbury, 2 mins walk from Clissold park. The location is perfect, with loads of trains, tubes and buses within walking distance, and of course Clissold park just moments away.

It is also a short walk from Blackstock Road, Highbury Fields, Stoke Newington Church Street, and Newington Green, meaning you're surrounded by a mixture of lovely cafes, green spaces, yoga studios, restaurants, pubs, and bars. Everything you could need, you'll find nearby.

The flat itself has a spacious living room, a lovely kitchen and a garden (sun trap in the summer). It has a bathroom and another separate toilet downstairs.

You’ll be living with two super chill girls in their mid-late 20s: Emily, who works in publishing, is into running, dance, reading (of course), crochet, and film. She is always keen to go to the cinema, share a book recommendation, or grab a coffee. Ahna works as an energy analyst and enjoys reading, yoga, and swimming in her spare time. She likes pottering about and going to galleries, cafes, and markets.

We're keen to find someone who wants to help make the flat feel homely -- decorate the space a little, contribute to the garden, and generally keep the space clean and tidy.

The rent is £800/pcm + £130 bills. The deposit is £730 with first months rent will need to be paid. Move in date is the 30th of September. We are not accepting short-term leases - we want someone who will be staying to the end of the contract (May 2025). We can also extend the lease beyond that.
