Hello there! I’m Jack, I’m 29 and work for a local council as an urban planner. My flatmate is moving out so I’m looking for someone new to replace him in our two bedroom flat.
I work from home usually Wed-Fri. I’m a quieter type but have an active social life and enjoy nights out. I would like a flatmate who I get on well with and I can socialise with etc. I use the flat for dinners/drinks with friends.
About the flat..
The flat is well equipped and has its own unique vibe - there is a living room and separate kitchen. Flat is on a leafy street in Highbury N5 2UP (top floor of Victorian house)
Price is 1200, all bills included. Available now. (£50 fee for contract variation and deposit also required), flat is fully furnished so hopefully you don’t have too much stuff!
🚊 Nearest station is Arsenal on the Piccadilly Line. There are several local buses from the high street which will take you to central (I often use the 19 to get to Soho area), also go to Finsbury Park or Highbury & Islington via bus or walk for connections.

Other professional is ideal 👨💼as you will need to provide employer reference and proof of employment etc so sorry no students. Gay or gay friendly 🏳️🌈
