Hey Hey! We have a fully furnished double room available in Highbury and Islington around a 5 minute walk to Arsenal Station and a 10 minute walk to Finsbury Park Station.

Rent: £765pm
Bills: around £100pm
Contract start: 29 September, Contract renews in November

Location: 5 minute walk to Arsenal Station (Picadilly line), 10 minutes walk to Finsbury Park Station (Picadilly and Victoria Line). You can get into central London in 25mins!

Living with 2 boys and one girl: Leah (28), Michael (29), Najib(28)

We would like to find someone:
- female between ages 26-32 ( housemate who is moving out was a girl )
- must be sociable and friendly (we love going to the pub together and nights out)
- must be able to move in from the September 28th

🛌🏻The room is a bargain located on the ground floor of the house. It's a spacious double room with all furniture included as shown on photos (minus the desk). There’s a double bed, wardrobe & plenty of storage (Shelves, drawers, hooks etc). The room faces the garden of the house so is very quiet.

🏡The house itself is 2-storeys and has 4 large bedrooms with a large living room, dining room and fully equipped kitchen area. We also have a lovely garden which is great for a summer bbq!

🧍About us: We’re a sociable house who love a pub night, festival, rave, summer bbq or the occasional house party. However, we also have chill movie nights during the week and want someone who can do both. We are all busy and hard working so are looking for someone will respect quiet weekday nights and someone who is clean and tidy. Like most houses, we would want someone to move in and become a friend (as we all have) and not just a tenant.
