Room available in an attractive, furnished, well-maintained flat with a balcony in Highbury.

The street is full of coffee shops, restaurants and bars, near the Arsenal station and between Clissold and Finsbury Park.

I’m looking for a female preferably a non-smoker, around their 30s, clean and tidy - Someone considerate who values a calm and quiet environment.

Ideally a person who enjoys socialising more outside than indoors.

You will share the house with a single female in her 30s, working in a hybrid mode, clean and tidy. I like going to the gym, travelling and also socializing outside.


Rent around £900 / month.
Bills are not included but they are around £160 per month.

Room is already available to move in.
