We are on the hunt for a lovely gal to replace me in our wonderful Highbury period home house share.

Location
We are a 2 minute walk from Arsenal tube (Piccadilly line) and Drayton Park (Great Northern) and just a 15 minute walk to Highbury & Islington (London Overground/Victoria) or Finsbury Park (mainline, Piccadilly, Victoria lines). We are a short walk to several parks including Highbury Fields, Finsbury Park and Clissold Park. There are many local supermarkets, pubs, cafes, restaurants and gyms nearby.

House
The house is large with three floors, a basement and two big bathrooms so while there are five of us, it doesn't feel too busy at all. With separate living room and dining areas, along with a patio garden, it has lots of communal space alongside the good sized bedroom.

Room
Bright and airy double bedroom. Comes fully furnished with double bed, bedside table, wardrobe, set of drawers and shelving unit. There is also space for a desk if needed.

Housemates
The remaining girls are all in their early-mid 30s and from Australia, New Zealand and America. They work in a range of professions including interior design, retail, advertising and HR, but one thing they all have in common is a love of wine nights, cheese platters and a good movie or show (Schitt's Creek is a particular favourite!).

You
We are looking for a female non-smoking professional around the same age with a sense of humour who will fit in and respect the household vibe. We love to catch up and are quite social but also all have our own lives and busy jobs so we respect each others schedules and keen things tidy for each other.
