We have a lovely spare room available to rent in the Highbury area (very close to clissold park). The ideal flatmate would be a female who isnt working from home full time; non smoker; clean and tidy; generally is quiet and respectful of neighbours. You would be staying in a spacious 3 bedroom flat with another female occupant (60 years old) and would have your own floor at the top of the flat. The room itself is fully furnished with a lot of storage space, chairs, coffee table and a TV.
We can consider monday-friday/couple of days a week renters for a lower monthly rent.
