We are three professional females (British and Irish) aged 26-30 looking for a new flatmate!!! We socialise together and are looking for someone to join the gang! We do all also appreciate alone time too lol. Looking for someone of similar age and vibes and clean!!! There is 2 bathrooms and a spacious garden, also comes with the opportunity to extend the lease. We are on a 6month rolling contract. Bills come to about £90 max.
The flat is located on the buzzy high street but not too loud... a 10 min walk to Arsenal (piccadilly line) and 10 min walk to Finsbury Park ( Victoria line). Two mins from the Bank of Friendship, 7 mins from the Plimsoll and we are above Top Cuvee and opposite Bookbar. We know lots of the neighbours and it is a very cute community!
