We have a lovely small double bedroom in a top floor duplex flat. The flat is modern with neutral decoration, a very relaxing and easy place to live.

The room has a double bed, desk, wardrobe and is large and spacious. The room shares a bathroom with one other. The bathroom is spacious with shower and bath.

Rent is £1,050 per month plus bills (circa £200 to include gas, electricity, weekly cleaner, internet, tv license). The deposit is £1,050.

The flat is a wonderful place to live in the Islington / Highbury area. Located on the tree lined road of Highbury New Park, it is a quiet and peaceful residential street while being very close to excellent transport links with Canonbury a 4 minute walk and Highbury a 10 minute walk. There are two fantastic parks, Clissold Park and Highbury fields both a short walk away. There are also lots of lovely cafes and coffee shops nearby, either Newington Green or Highbury Grove.

The communal areas are very spacious and well furnished. We have all a TV, dishwasher, power shower, wireless internet.

There is a beautiful terrace which is west facing so gets lots of afternoon sun in the summer.

The current tenants are 2 professional females (in their thirties). Both are super friendly, relaxed and easy going, they do their own thing but also like to hang out and have a glass of wine or watch a movie.
