Room in shared flat, you'll mostly be alone, 6-mo

Hi there! We’re renting out a bright, fully-furnished double room in our lovely 3-bed apartment for a short-term stay of 6 months. Ideal for someone who enjoys a peaceful environment since you’ll mostly have the place to yourself. We would only be with you a couple of weeks of this time, if any.
What to expect:
Location: N52TG, Highbury & Islington, 3 minutes away from Clissold Park. Highbury is in zone 2. We are 10 minutes walk from Arsenal Tube Station (Piccadilly Line) and 20 minutes from Highbury & Islington (Victoria Line). Many buses in the area too.
Monthly rent: £1,500, all-inclusive (bills, WiFi, council tax, utilities)
Dates: 16th December 2024 – 15 June 2025. There may be a possibility of extending this period a few more months.
Privacy: You’ll have the apartment to yourself most of the time! We may visit and stay in the other room a couple times throughout this time. We’ll always give you notice and respect your privacy.
Amenities: Fully-equipped kitchen, spacious living room, fast WiFi, washer/dryer, and lovely shops, restaurants and nearby park.
Deposit: one month
Preference: Professional, non-smoker , single occupancy. We prefer a female flatmate as we are females as well.
I am extremely allergic to cats & dogs, so no pets are allowed at home
