Large Bright Double Bedroom near Highbury Fields

Looking for a girl to take over my lovely double bedroom in a friendly house in Highbury & Islington. Located in a great area near both H&I and Arsenal and it’s a large room that comes furnished with a bed and wardrobe and has space for a desk/work station!

The house:
The house is a split-level 3 bedroom flat with a large living room/dining area, fully equipped kitchen and 1 full and 1 half bathroom. The house also has a garden outside and space to leave your bike there if you need. You’ll be sharing with two other girls in their 20s who are great fun, we’ve had a good mix of socialising and watching TV together in the evenings as well as working independently and having our own space when needed, they’re lovely and I’m really sad to be leaving them!

Location:
The best part about the house imo! It’s right behind Highbury Fields, so right near green space. It’s near a lot of cute cafés and restaurants on both Upper Street and Blackstock Road. It’s a 10 minute walk to Arsenal (Piccadilly Line) on one side and Highbury & Islington (Victoria Line, Overground) on the other.

I go to the Highbury Better Gym that’s around a 10 minute walk away. There’s a little Tesco (5 mins) and little Waitrose and Harvest (10 mins) near us, and bigger supermarkets like Lidl or Morrisons are a 20 minute walk/bike ride away.

Move-In Date: Mid-end January, there may be some flexibility depending on when I leave but the tenancy starts 30th of Jan.

Contract: You will take over a 9 month contract till October, with the possibility of extending it after.

Rent: £990 plus bills.
Deposit: £1056
Will need to go through referencing and possibly pay a small agency fee for the tenancy swap.
