We're looking for a third housemate to move in from the 1st December.

You’ll be sharing with 2 females and Muk, a 15 yo cat - very fluffy, extremely gentle and kind and friendly.

The room is a great size and comes furnished with a double bed and massive wardrobe with sliding mirrored doors. It looks onto the garden with beautiful vines right outside the window and is really quiet.

It's a 3 bedroom flat on lower-ground level in a Victorian house with access to a massive garden shared just with 2 neighbours from the flat above (but hardly there). There is a newly decorated shared living room and kitchen. The bathroom has also had a refresh recently.

We are looking for someone (female preferred), tidy and respectful of the house and personal space, and easy going.
There may be gatherings/meals in the garden sometimes but it will be a quiet house most of the time. Ideally someone who doesn’t wfh full time. If you are happy to help with gardening from time to time that would be grand! We also want someone who will get along with the cat. No couples, sorry!
