This bright and spacious room comes fully furnished and is contained within a four-bedroom flat 1 minute from Clissold Park (and Clissold Park Tavern!). The flat has a spacious living room and a fully stocked kitchen. As I will be moving out, any clutter you see in the photos will be leaving with me (show rack, guitar etc.).

The flat is super convenient and is less than 10 minutes from Arsenal station (Picadilly line) and 15 minutes to both Finsbury Park (Picadilly/Victoria lines) and Canonbury (Overground).

The other flatmates and three nice and relaxed guys who are tidy, sociable, and all work in the city as young professionals.

Rent is due on the 1st of every month at £915 + bills (around £100). Obviously, given that the move in date is a week into February, the first month would be pro rata and less than £915.

I will be leaving my flat early as I am moving in with my partner and want to find someone to take on the final few months of the lease (expires 18 April 2025).
