I'm moving out of London, and so i'm letting my room after just short of 2 years. The house is situated on a quiet road in an amazing part of Highbury with lots of great pubs, restaurants and shops nearby!

The area:

- Transport: Walking distance to Arsenal (9 mins), Drayton Park (12 mins), Finsbury Park (15 mins) and Highbury & Islington (20 mins) stations. 1 minute walk from 4, 19, and 236 buses!

- Parks: 15 minutes walk to Highbury Fields and Clissold Park

The room:

- The room is a double, with space or a desk if you WFH. The bedroom comes with the chest of drawers and bed frame. I'm very keen to sell my desk, cube storage and mattress to the next tenant at a low price!

Housemates:

You will be living with 3 great housemates; Charline, Vicky
and Cas (currently away). All three are professionals, and Cas and Charline have lived in the house for a few years. Everyone is quite independent and have our own lives, but are super friendly, respectful, clean and tidy.

The House:

- 4 bedrooms, 1 bathroom (bath and separate walk-in
shower), 1 separate toilet downstairs, utility room with
washer/dryer, kitchen, separate living room, rear garden/
patio with picnic table. The house is a bit tired but the low rent and fantastic area more than make up for it!

- New oven and gas hob (replaced December 2024), fridge / freezer and dishwasher
- Fully furnished
- Bills not included - approx £110/month

Lease / Availability:

- Available now and I'd ideally like you to move in by the end of January, but I can be flexible depending on your preferences!

- Rent is currently £845.08 for the room
