My and my partner are subletting our 2 bed flat in Highbury, right near the bank of friendship pub and in between Highbury Fields and Clissold Park. 8-10 minute walk to Arsenal tube station, 15 minutes to Highbury & islington and great bus connections 1 minute away.

We are open to renting it out to 2 people, a couple or single and the price will be dependent on this. The property is available from January 8th to February 2nd. Willing to be slightly flexible with dates but not earlier/ later than this
