Large room in Highbury available for sublet

Room available from 16 January to 16 February as I’ll be back in New Zealand during this time. The room has a double bed with sheets and towels provided, along with a desk, chair, and plenty of cupboard space for your belongings.

The flat is shared with four Kiwis and one Brit, all professionals in their late 20s. It’s not suitable for couples, so please keep that in mind.

The location is fantastic, with a café and bookshop right next door, a great pub across the road, and a Michelin Guide Thai restaurant just around the corner. It’s approximately a 7-minute walk to Arsenal Station and a 15-minute walk to Highbury & Islington Station, with buses running just outside the flat.
