Description
Our building is looking for a new tenant(s) who'll be able to respect it's quiet and civil community. With a number of friendly but noise-sensitive neighbours, residents who are conscientious about their volume will be greatly preferred.
This flat can be a studio, or a small space for two tenants. Both bedrooms have enough space for a desk for working from home, a large lounge, a small bathroom with a bath, and a small kitchen, made up for with some pieces of kitchen storage nearby including a second, larger fridge.
The area is beautiful, but some may find the flat, particularly the kitchen, a bit old-fashioned. I would support any claim by a new tenant for a kitchen refit, as it's been needing one.
On paper, it's unfurnished, but there are a number of unwanted, or important items that the former tenant will be happy to sell on at reduced rates if they're of interest.
These include a television, a kitchen cabinet, a spare fridge, a specially shaped bedroom desk and dresser etc. that will make moving in far, far easier to already have.
Like many places in London, the flat has contended with damp in its time, which the building manager has been trying to address.
The building manager lives on the bottom floor, but the landlord lives overseas.
