Double room available in Canonbury flat

Heya!

Our flatmate Danielle is sadly moving out, so we're hoping to find someone who is sociable and friendly to replace her. Her bedroom is the largest in the flat and available from February 6th for £925ppm.

The flat is in a great location- 3 mins walk from Canonbury station and 15 mins from Highbury & Islington. Dalston, Islington, Highbury Fields and Clissold Park are all within a 20 min walk from the flat and Canonbury itself is very pretty. Newington Green is a 5 min walk.

Dec and I are civil servants and Katy is in HR. We're looking for people to hang out with in the flat/ go to the pub with, whilst also having good social lives and being clean.

Our hobbies include music, cooking, running, singing, comedy, politics, gym, theatre, tennis and much more I'm sure!

The room overlooks the communal gardens on Highbury Estate and comes with a double bed and in-built wardrobe. I will confirm other furniture ASAP.

The flat itself is a small 4 bed on the ground floor and has a front 'yarden' with furniture that's great when the weather's warm and when hosting the occasional party. There's great space for bike storage/gardening projects/sitting outside in summer. The shared sitting room is also a good size. We have a bathroom and separate loo.

The estate itself is quiet and mainly occupied by families, so feels super safe.

If you're looking to move to the area please do get in touch! I'll be doing viewings as soon as possible.

Our preference is for another woman to replace Danielle, as we feel it is a great balance. However this isn't an absolute if we find the right person.

Bills are not included (currently about £125 including council tax, WiFi, gas, electricity, and broadband).
