Bright, spacious room in Highbury Barn

I'm looking for a flatmate for my bright, spacious flat in Highbury Barn.

It's a top-floor flat with big sash windows and nice views. There's a large shared lounge area, separate kitchen - which is bathed in sun every morning - and a recently refurbished bathroom.

There's a small dedicated office available for home working, which comes as part of the package. Plus, I usually spend 4 days a week in Cardiff - so you'll have the flat to yourself a good amount of the time.

The room is available for at least 4 months, likely for 6 months or more.

The room itself is available furnished with a double bed and mattress, a generous wardrobe and a very large set of drawers.

It's a great spot to live - a stone's throw from Highbury Fields, a short walk to either Highbury and Islington station or Arsenal. The flat is next to a convenient little parade of shops incluidng a french deli, Italian deli, a few cafes, a Greggs, a post office and a Londis.

I'm a producer making radio shows and podcasts for the BBC.
