Lovely room in Highbury House

I have room to rent in a lovely house in Highbury, North London.
Ideally it will be for someone wanting a Monday to Friday room in a great part of the city.
The room is light and airy and has a King single bed - that's sort of a very small double.
You would have full use of the kitchen, lounge and lovely garden and a bathroom which will normally be for your exclusive use (there are two shower/bathrooms in the property).
The house currently has just me in it - my family are living abroad for the next year. I work in the media and would welcome someone tidy and considerate.
