Hey ya’ll,
Sadly one of our housemates is leaving this amazing place & flatmates in late July…
Our 3-bedrooms flat is very cosy, well connected being of minutes walk to Drayton Park to pick up the train to either Highbury & Islington for Victoria Line or Old Street / Moorgate to pick up Northern Line, & Arsenal/Holloway road station is a 6+ minute walk for Piccadilly Line!
Having a Tesco store just downstairs is very convenient too (obviously more shops/restaurants on Holloway road & Highbury).
The bedroom is very spacious (can easily fit a desk & double bed – see pics), with a large full height built-in wardrobe and has full height windows.
The living room is simply huge, with a very large dining table and 2 big couches and is surrounded by the terrasse (we're top floor) which gives a lovely view on the neighbourhood & the Emirates Stadium. We enjoy using the large terrasse in Summer with new outdoor furniture.
The kitchen has all appliances and dishwasher, a big fridge and freezer (we actually have a second fridge for drinks in the living room!). One of the flatmates has an en-suite bathroom and the second bathroom (i. e. yours, see pic) is being shared with the 2nd flatmate.
The flat is very bright (many windows) and tidy, perfect to relax after a long day of work or in week ends!
The landlord is very accommodating and responsive whenever something needs fixing for example.
Who are we?
Easy-going and both in our 30s. One is English and the second is Australian. They are very chill, enjoy a good time out at the pub for instance, or watching a good football game (one supports Arsenal & the other Tottenham :D !). They’re super easy to get on with, and both find good balance between personal space & time together in the flat & outside. Also WFH together has never been an issue as the flat offers so much space (in the bedrooms & living area).
You: Ideally a young professional, fun, enjoy a laugh and easy to get on with. Come talk to us and we'll find out if you could be a good match :D.
Not available for couples, ideally suit professionals also pets aren’t allowed sorry!
Bills aren’t included. sum to around £260 (council tax (Band - F), cleaning lady coming every week, Sky TV (sports & cinema) & super-fast Internet, water, electricity…).
