Double Room Available 31st August – £919 + bills (~£1,000 all in)

I’m moving out after three unreal years in this lovely flat, so we’re looking for someone to take over my room.

The room & flat:
• £919 per month (includes council tax) + bills (£75–100 per month – I usually budget £1,000 total)
• The room has built-in storage and space for a desk – perfect if you work from home
• Bright, spacious living room and kitchen
• Great transport links: 2 mins to buses 4, 19 & 236, and about 10–15 mins’ walk to Arsenal, Drayton Park, Finsbury Park, and Highbury & Islington stations
• Surrounded by great pubs, cafés, and green spaces for a weekend stroll or a post-work pint

Flatmates:
You’ll be living with Jamie (27, web developer – into running, music, and fashion) and Bella (27 – loves galleries, baking, and reading). They’re friendly, considerate, and easy to live with.

It’s been a fantastic place to live – relaxed, comfortable, and in a brilliant location.
