Double room for sublet next to Clissold Park

Hello all,
Our flatmate has moved out, so need someone new to sublet their room in our 2-bed flat. A spacious and bright double room is available, with a separate living room for both short/long let.

We are in Zone 2, right next to Clissold Park (perfect for summer evenings and morning runs!).

🏠 The Flat

We have been making this our home over the past couple of years so everything is set up in the shared areas, with the room unfurnished ready for you to make your own. The room has inbuilt wardrobe and shelving as well.

The flat also has some storage in shared spaces, plus a fully equipped kitchen with all essential white goods, including a dishwasher, washing machine and large refrigerator.

We have a nice balcony looking over trees and the park.

📍 Location

Walking distance to Arsenal underground/ Canonbury overground/Finsbury Park station.

Multiple bus stops within a 5-minute walk with direct routes to Zone1, London Bridge, Old street, Shoreditch.

Angel/Old street/Shoreditch/Liverpool street are all within 15-25 mins by bus.

5-10 min walk to Stoke Newington Church Street, 10-15 min to Newington Green.

🧑🏼‍💻👩🏻‍💼 About us (current tenants)

We are a couple of Kiwis working mainly from home, Harry is a Creative Director and Designer, and Liv works in cyberdefence.
We love getting out into London, staying active and enjoying nature and travelling. We love to cook, listen to jazz and open a bottle of natural wine to relax.

We both WFH so like quiet time, and like to keep the flat clean and organised. We love having a relaxed atmosphere in the flat and like a mix of quiet evenings and occasional social time with the flat as friends!

I’d love to share the flat with a like-minded professional who is friendly, tidy, and treats the place as their own home.
