Beautiful flat in Highbury - three month sublet

Hello, my partner and I are subletting our beautiful Highbury flat while we’re away for three months. It’s advertised as a one-bed but also has a small study with a futon for guests. So it's most suitable for a single person or couple.

Dates: 29th September to 18th December (possibly room for flexibility)

Rent: £2,300 a month, all bills included

Flat: Light and airy two-bedroom flat, separate front room and kitchen, small balcony and access to communal gardens

Location: The flat is on a peaceful private road just a five minute walk from Highbury Fields. It’s truly an incredible location, Dalston is also just a 25 min walk or short bus ride away. Nearest transport is Canonbury Overground (5 min walk), Highbury & Islington station (15 min walk), as well as buses going to central London just a few minutes walk away. Cafes, restaurants, bars and shops all on the doorstep.

We are looking for someone who will look after the flat – especially because our furniture will be remaining – and be respectful of neighbours while we’re away, so ideally not a big partygoer! Please drop me a message if interested :)
