Looking for a young professional to fill a room in a cozy 3 bed flat in Highbury from October!

Details:
Contract until October 2026, bills not included but are ~£150 per month. The room comes unfurnished but there’s a built in wardrobe.

Separate kitchen and living spaces and there’s a balcony which is great in summer!

📍 Location: Around 10 mins walk to Arsenal tube station, 15 mins to Finsbury Park. Plenty of pubs, shops and restaurants nearby, lots of green space and the area is very safe.

About us:

I’m Kabir (25) - currently working with charities. Very active and play a few different sports but also love the usual pub trip or nights out. Currently also learning Spanish! Veggie and into cooking but not fussy about meat eaters.

Hannah (27) - work as a caseworker in Parliament. Also new to the flat in August. I’m quite a sociable person so often out n about doing things a couple of times a week, but also v keen to do things as a flat here n there too if that’s of interest! Enjoy going to the pub, gigs, going to the gym, I play and watch women's football, like the occasional night out in Dalston/Hackney etc etc.

👋 We’re always up for hanging out in the flat, but also often out doing our own thing!
