- The room was originally unfurnished, but I’m happy to leave behind the current furniture (bed, desk, etc.) . I’m flexible depending on your preferences

- Just a 10-minute walk to both Highbury & Islington (Victoria Line, Overground) and Arsenal (Piccadilly Line) stations
- Close to the vibrant shops, pubs, cafes, and restaurants
- Nearby parks and green spaces, including Highbury Fields and Clissold Park.
About the Housemate: You’ll be sharing the flat with Caroline, a 39-year-old primary school teacher. Caroline is independent and has a busy London life filled with work, travel, and catching up with friends. She loves coming back to a warm, relaxed home and would hope to have a housemate she can share a glass of wine with, cook dinner, or get into a good box set!
The move-in date is around 9 October but can be flexible.
