SUBLET for two months in leafy Newington green

I am subletting my room from EITHER the start of November or December for 2 months (minimum).

AREA:
Amazing leafy area in between Canonbury, Newington Green and Stoke Newington. Clissold park and Canonbury overground station is a 7 minute walk opposite ways. The nearest supermarket is Tesco Express 5 mins away, alternately Dalston Aldi is a 15 minute walk opposite walk. The area is super quiet and we have families in the block. All you hear is runners, so if that’s your thing this is a great area for it!

FLATMATES:
Two friendly and easy going girls and we are all good friends.
Eleanor - 28 - works as a digital marketing strategist at an agency in Dalston.
Jesse - 29 - Australian, works part time at a Crisis drop in centre for mental health in Tooting.

PRICE: £1000 including all bills pm (£2000 in total for the two month period

ABOUT YOU: we are looking for an employed person (no preference in gender) who doesn’t work from home full time but the girls are flexible otherwise. Flexible with age ect but house trained and friendly! This is also a chilled household where we go out to party rather than bring it back - if this suits please send a message to arrange a viewing
