Double Room in sunny Highbury 2 bed flat!

Looking for someone to rent out the spare bedroom in my bright, spacious 2-bed 1-bathroom flat - just a stone’s throw from the Arsenal underground station! The room is furnished with a bed and wall-to-wall wardrobe (lots of storage), but happy to get more furnishings in if need be.

I’m a Kiwi working in finance near Old Street (in the office 4 days a week) - I am pretty active and like to keep busy / am very social, and want to make sure that we get along so the flat continues to feel like a home for both of us!

You would be living with me and my small (chill and well-behaved) cocker spaniel - so must be ok with dogs!
