Bright double room in Highbury 2 bed flat

Looking for a flatmate to take over my current flatmate’s room in a bright, spacious 2 bed flat in Highbury.

It’s a large double room with a bed, chest of drawers, and wardrobe. There’s plenty of storage space and room for a desk or more furniture. The flat has a separate kitchen and living area, comes furnished, and has essential appliances inc. a large fridge freezer and washing machine.

I’m 25 and work for an academic publisher (WFH 3-4 days per week). In my spare time, I like climbing, playing guitar, and going to the pub (there are lots of great ones nearby).

I’m looking for an easygoing, clean, and sociable flatmate who wants a calm and homely atmosphere (any additional posters/décor in the shared spaces are welcome!). I spend a lot of evenings out of the house (climbing and running), but it would be great to get along well and spend some time cooking or watching TV.

The flat is in a great location - it’s within walking distance of Arsenal tube station (10 mins) and Finsbury Park station (15 mins). It’s a safe area with lots of green spaces nearby.

Bills aren’t included and are roughly £150 per person per month (though that’s likely go up in winter months). Council tax band C.
