I have just bought nearby (I love the area), so am looking for someone to replace me in this lovely 2 bedroom Flat in Highbury. You will be living with one other girl in her 30s – we are friends from Highschool!

• Can come furnished (I am willing to sell my bed/tallboy/wardrobe) or unfurnished if you’ve got your own style.
• Second level and south facing so gets good Winter sun

The Flat
• Split-level home with loads of natural light.
• Shared lounge/dining room (great for dinners and Netflix nights), well equipped kitchen, and bathroom with newly re-tiled shower.
• Furnished overall, but space if you’d like to add your own touches.
• Bills ~£300 total per month (split evenly). Covers off Council Tax, Electricity/Gas, Internet, Water.

About your new housemate and what she is looking for.
Natalie is 33, originally from Australia but has been settled in London for the past six years. She works in digital advertising, and is typically in the office three days a week and WFH two. She is moving into the later room in the house and has a desk set up in the room.

Her weeknights are usually pretty relaxed — dinner and a good series at home, with the occasional after-work outing — and weekends often start at the gym before meeting friends or exploring the city.

She is tidy and considerate, and is looking for a like-minded professional who appreciates a calm, well-kept home with space for privacy and downtime, but who also enjoys being sociable — whether that’s sharing meals, checking out local cafés/restaurants and pubs, or watching the latest TV series together
