- Highbury and Islington (10-12 minute walk or 3 minute cycle)
- Drayton Park (Less than 10 minute walk)
- Arsenal (10 minute walk)
- Cannonbury (10 Minute walk)
- Finsbury Park (20 Minute walk, 5 minute bus or 3 minute cycle)

There is a lovely high street just around the corner from the flat (Highbury Grange)

The flat mates are chilled, lovely and easy to get on with.

The rental would be a sublet with a minimum of 7 months and any longer stay on from that would be rolling with 1 months notice to be given if the room is needed back or 1 month notice given if you wish to leave the flat. (This may also be accompanied by the finding of someone to replace you if the room is not needed back yet, details to be passed onto me for interview with my existing flatmates.)
