Our building is looking for a new tenant who'll be able to respect its quiet and civil community, which has a number of youngish, fairly chill people.

The preferential rent is incredibly conditional on you being not annoying to the landlord who lives downstairs who doesn't like noise and fuss. He's a very generous man otherwise. I'd definitely prefer if you were cool, authentic, non-stressful, reasonable, and maybe even interesting. I'd prefer to live alone here than with someone lame. Scrub is a guy who can't live with me.

You're alright having people over, playing music, or anything normal, but you can't do house parties or be dumb generally.

The bedroom up for grabs has space for a desk for working from home, and some storage. The flat has a large lounge, a small bathroom with a bath, and a small kitchen.

I don't have an opinion, but the flat may not be a fantastic place for a pet, and the landlord has been pissed off by trouble with them in the past.
