Cozy parkside top floor flat seeking quiet person

Our building is looking for a new tenant who'll be able to respect its quiet and civil community, which has a number of youngish, fairly chill people.

The unbelievable rent is incredibly conditional on you being not annoying to the elder landlord who lives downstairs and doesn't like noise and fuss. He's a very generous man otherwise and doesn't really get involved in the house anymore at his age. I'd definitely prefer if you were cool, authentic, non-stressful, reasonable, and maybe even interesting.

You're alright having people over, playing music, or anything normal, but you can't do house parties or be dumb generally.

The bedroom up for grabs has space for a desk for working from home, and some storage. The flat has a large lounge, a small bathroom with a shower, and a small kitchen.

I'm a lefty who likes a big chat, but also passively looking out for people who keep their own space. I used to be nerdy, but I've become less so over time.

I work to keep things clean and ordered, and we know a cleaner who sometimes comes by. I cook periodically, and would love to have a shared space with you in the lounge.

The flat's just up from Highbury Fields, which is great for strolls or jogging, and is a real hotspot in the summer. Would love to share a brunch, a yoga class, or an activist meeting with you sometime.

I don't have an opinion, but the flat may not be a fantastic place for a pet, and the landlord has been pissed off by trouble with them in the past.
