Double room in furnished home in Highbury

Take over my double bedroom available in a four-bed house in Highbury. The room is on the first floor with additional storage and shelves in the corridor.

The house itself has a lovely garden, dishwasher, and washer + dryer and additional storage in the basement. It is fully furnished, with the carpets, bed frames, mattresses and doors throughout have recently been replaced in the past few months. It’s on a very quiet street - a 2-minute walk from Arsenal Station with access to the Piccadilly line, and the Victoria Line and Overground roughly a 10-minute walk. Plenty of great coffee shops, pubs and restaurants nearby.

Living with a gender mix (two men and one woman), all in their late 20s-early 30s, working a mix of home and office. Sociable house, all met through friends or SpareRoom, happy to go for a house beer or bbq but all have separate social groups too.

The room is available from late January (anytime from the 22nd). The rent and utilities are: £845 in rent and approx. £100 bills pcm + £875 security deposit.

Sad to be leaving this place as I’ve been very happy here for over three years - it’s a catch!
