Calm and spacious room with loads of storage space available in our flat 5 min. walk from Canonbury station / Clissold Park. The location is ideal right in between Highbury, Stoke Newington and Dalston. The house has a shared living space, kitchen, separate toilet and bathroom. There’s only two bedrooms in the house, so you’ll share with just me. Available from the 22nd of May (flexible to move in earlier).

Bit about myself: I’m a 29 y/o queer writer/ filmmaker. I like going to the theater and cinema, check museums and go out for food. I’m not a big party-goer but prefer a more chill social setting. I’m a flatmate that likes a chat in the house with chill vibes, and to do things together if it works out, but very easygoing, unforced and also give each other space as we have our own lives. I like to keep things tidy, clean, yet still livable. Also the house comes with a friendly lap cat, so bonus if you’re a cat lover!

The rent is 925pcm (excl bills which will be around 100-150).
