Big and bright double bedroom near Highbury fields

Looking for a working professional to take a large bedroom in our beautiful terraced house, 3 minutes walk from Highbury Fields.

The house is extremely spacious with a large garden and plenty of living space as well as a well proportioned kitchen. The room is over 22sqm on the top floor and gets a lot of natural light.
Bedroom currently comes without a mattress but we can discuss furnishing options.

I’ve been here for 2 years and am the anchor tenant, some of my current housemates are moving out so we are looking for someone who is:

1. Mindful and considerate of everyone’s space and comfort (generally tidy)
2. Interested in building a relaxed and easygoing community
3. Keen to put some energy and a bit of money into making the house our own as we’ll be losing some of the current furnishing

About me and our other housemate:
1. I’m a professional working as an economist in a private equity fund
2. Jon is the founder and CEO of an NGO

We both travel regularly and are frequently out of the house, although we do love cooking and the intention over summer is to occasionally host friends for barbecues and games. We’d love for you to join that as a part of the house.
