Room available, Highbury area, 3 bed flat with 2 female flatmates, seeking a genuine friend to continue building our community.

I’m moving out and seeking a replacement flatmate. I absolutely love my flat and would recommend it to anyone, I’m only leaving because I'm moving in with my partner! You’d be joining two wonderful flatmates who are both good friends of mine and have created a beautiful, community vibe anyone would be lucky to join.

The flat is in the Highbury/Canonbury area, with good access to Clissold Park for chill walks & hangs, fun nights in Dalston and quick travel to central London via the Victoria line & overground. The flat itself is in a beautiful and well-maintained building with 8 other flats, managed by the estate agent directly so everything is in great condition and any repairs are swiftly managed. We have access to a large shared garden that has bike storage, picnic tables & beautiful sunlight.

*About the existing flatmates*
Sophia (24) and Natasha (24) work in law and international development.
We are a big shared cooking, walks & hang out household. We love a gig, a dinner party & a chat. Natasha is vegan and so would appreciate a veggie or vegan friendly flatmate.

*What we're looking for*
Someone to continue our sense of peaceful, domestic community. We love our shared cooking, walks and swims together, and want someone who would contribute to our home and be a genuine friend. Although we like a gig and a night out, we are not big party people and midweek enjoy quiet shared time amid our busy work schedules. We're looking specifically for a working professional female flatmate. Bonus points if you're into live music, tahini/nutritional yeast, and the West Reservoir!!
