Lovely Double Room in Long-Term N5 Flatshare

Our flatmate is moving out after 10 years for a new adventure, so I'll be moving into her room and my current room will be available from early October 🫶

We're a household of four and have lived here for between 1 and 12 years. We all work in the arts and have our own busy lives but enjoy hanging out when we're home, whether that's going for dinner or pints, cinema trips, or just rotting together in the living room.

The room is a furnished double, suitable for single occupancy. It comes with a large chest of drawers and there's a closet in the hallway. I've also recently bought the IKEA clothes rail which I'm happy to leave if useful. The desk, bookcase and mirror pictured belong to me, but there's def space to add your own desk and play around with the room layout.

The flat has a large shared living room and kitchen, plus one bathroom. The living room is also a comfortable space to work from home.

The flat is as well connected as it gets
- Canonbury Overground is nearby, with easy access to the Victoria and Piccadilly lines, plus loads of bus routes. We've got pubs, supermarkets, shops, a GP and pretty much everything else you need within walking distance.

Most importantly, you'll also be living with Marcie the cat 🐈.

Rent is £657 per month, with bills currently coming to around £100 each per month. Our landlord is responsive and we've all had a wonderful experience living here.

We've had a really lovely and easy dynamic in the flat for the last few years, so finding someone who feels like a good fit for the household is really important to us.
