Lovely Room in clean spacious house

I have a great double room available for a single person to rent in my home. The room is well furnished and in good decorative order. This is a spacious house with three bathrooms. Although I am sociable, there is a TV in the open plan kitchen and also one in the separate sitting room so we don’t have to be in each other’s space. There is also a separate utility room.

I am vegetarian so it would suit someone who is happy not to have meat or fish in the house – Please note this is a very important point.

I am looking for someone over 35 who is friendly, clean and considerate.
