Dbl room in modern luxury apartment in Highbury

I have a double room to rent in a beautiful 2 bedroom apartment with a balcony overlooking The Emirates Stadium. This modern flat is very well appointed and has all the mod cons you could want including washing machine, Sky TV and WIFI.

I work in the city but generally like to relax when I'm home. Interests include trying new restaurants and bars in London and most sports! I'd like someone respectful and laid back. This isn't a party flat and I don't want it to be! Transport links are fantastic, 5 min walk to Arsenal tube station (Picadilly Line) and 3 min walk to Drayton Park with great links to the City (10mins to Moorgate) and only 15 mins in to Central London. £1000 a month including bills.
