You will be living in a lovely garden flat on safe and tree-lined Highbury New Park. The flat is quiet and has its own front door. You are welcome to use the sitting room and a desk space.

There is a private sunny decked-patio which overlooks a big communal garden.

Your west-facing double room gets afternoon sun and has a fitted double wardrobe, a chest of drawers, double bed, bedside table and a lamp.

The flat is freshly decorated and has a fitted kitchen with dish-washer, a washing machine and micro-wave. The bathroom has a good shower.

Highbury is a great place to live; has really good local shops including Italian delis, fishmonger, organic butcher, coffee shops and all the buzzy bars and eateries in Upper Street Islington just minutes away.

You can walk to the Victoria line along Highbury Fields in just over 10 minutes; Arsenal is close and Canonbury is the nearest Overground station just a few minutes away. There is a choice of buses to take you into the City. The street has residents' parking, with some forecourt parking and a secure bike stand out of sight.

You will be sharing with me. I am an artist/architect and enjoy doing the galleries, eating out, gardens, being with friends.
