Renting a double room in my flat here in Highbury. The room is spacious and bright; it is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe with drawers, and a bedside table (all Habitat furnishings). The room is at the back of the flat, looking out onto the basement flat’s garden below.

The flat is located on a quiet side street. and in a Victorian house with some original features, bathroom, private hall area, separate kitchen.

Amenities include wooden floors, spotlighting, central heating, double glazing, jacuzzi, and all modern amenities including washing machine, gas worktop, electric oven.

It's a friendly , quiet flat and sociable as necessary but also space to be left alone, as necessary.. The reason I am renting is so that I can pay off the capital off the flat sooner than later.

Linen is provided together with duvet which the Cleaner changes weekly; this gives a clean lush homely feeling to the flat.

- 6 minute walk to Drayton Park National rail station – direct link to the City of London
- Other tube stations close by are Highbury and Islington and Holloway Road tube stations
- Local buses servicing Highbury into central London - 4, 19
