Double room for single occupancy available from the 10th of August in a tidy and spacious flat since our lovely flatmate Victoria is leaving us.

The property is on a charming street between Clissold Park (1min walk) and Highbury Fields. There are excellent local pubs, cafés and shops in the area; Stoke Newington Church St is just 5min away, and Upper St about 10-15.

The flat is fully equipped and has a huge kitchen/living room, 3 bedrooms, complete bathroom and (additional) toilet.

The room includes a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers.
